Protecting data files that we set up in computer is a good job of saving them. For this reason, Windows 7 system has provided a unique feature. This is called Backup and Restore. You can see the use of this facility.
First you need to run this Backup and Restore facility on the system. You can click on System and Security in Control Panel area. This facility will be backup and restore. If you do not use this feature before, you will get a message called 'Windows Backup has not set up' under 'Backup'. Click on the link setup backup on the right side of this message. Once the program starts, the option will be asked to save your backup files. The primary hard drive in your computer is to select the Back Up Drive, the Windows system does not get the location. Click on the Extra Drive to connect to an external drive.
In this case, the computer will ask you to select which files to pack up after selecting the ticket to be uploaded to backup files. If you do not specify anything, Windows will automatically create a hard drive image file as a backup file. Or, instead of clicking on the Let me Choose button, you can select the files you want to pack up.

After selecting which drive is available and which packs are to be packed, the system will ask you to confirm a set of packages that are packed-up. Before the back up process starts, Windows will show the time frame set to perform this function. This question will be asked to ensure that the computer is operating at that time. If you think a change is required, click Change Schedule and set convenient time for you. Finally, click Save Settings and turn the Back Up process. When you first pack up, a little more time will be taken. This will take less time for the back-up process. Because in the case of back up packed, packed-up operations will only be replaced with replaced files and already placed with packed-up files.
Recovering files from the pack: From the packed file, it is very easy to extract our files. First, as already mentioned, turn on the Backup and Restore function. Now you have to decide whether to recover all the files, or just deleted, deleted files.
To restore all the files, click Restore my files. Then click Browse for folders. Next to the left, find the folder with the name given to your back up file. Click on it, and then click Add folder. After this bolter is connected, click Next. Here, you need to tell the computer that the files you recover should be recorded in the previous place or the new place. After clicking Restore, the files will be retrieved as you have chosen. If you want to restore only specific files, click Restore my files. After that, click Browse for Files. Now go to your Back Up File Bolder and click the file you want to recover. Here also, the computer will ask you questions about whether to keep these files in the old place or to keep them in the new place. After deciding to click on Restore, the files will be retrieved.
If you do not remember the name of the file you want to recover, click Restore my files and find the files using the Search button. Select the files you want to recover using the list of results from the search results. Attach these to the list of files you want to restore. Then restore and click Restore.
